7. VAT and indirect taxes
Kelavon is not currently VAT-registered in Switzerland.
Prices are shown in Swiss francs unless another currency is displayed at checkout. Applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar indirect taxes are calculated according to the customer's location and displayed before payment. For purchases processed through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe or its designated merchant-of-record entity calculates, collects, and remits applicable indirect taxes for the customer transaction. The final amount payable is shown before the order is submitted.
Kelavon's own Swiss VAT position is separate from the customer-transaction taxes handled by the merchant of record, and is reviewed as turnover grows. This section is updated if registration becomes required.

9. Merchant of record
Digital-product transactions are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant of record is the entity identified at checkout and on the receipt.
10. Dispute platform or consumer authority links
Kelavon is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Complaints should be sent to support@kelavon.com and are handled directly. Payment, refund and chargeback disputes may also be raised with the merchant of record identified on your receipt, under its own process. Consumers retain any mandatory rights, including access to the courts available to them under applicable law.
