Before you buy
Product limitations and disclosures
- Supported operating systems
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
- Supported file formats
- Excel (.xlsx) for task data; CSV and PDF for exports.
- Data storage requirement
- Task data is stored in files at a location you choose — a local folder or a shared network drive for multi-user access. There is no hosted/cloud storage option.
- Backup responsibility
- Your company is responsible for backing up the data files, the same way you'd back up any other business file on a shared drive.
- Internet requirement
- One online check at license activation. The app works fully offline after that.
- License restriction
- Licenses cover 1, 5 or 10 devices. Each new-device activation permanently uses one seat (no self-service release). The Kelavon Task Manager — 5 Additional Devices pack adds capacity and is repeatable.
- Third-party software required
- None beyond Windows itself. Excel is not required to use the app, only to open the underlying data files directly.
- Cloud synchronization
- Not included. Multi-user access works via a shared network drive, not a hosted sync service.
- Technical support
- Email support is included with every license. See the Support page for scope and response expectations.
- Updates included
- Any updates we release for the purchased major version (currently v1), if and when released — no commitment to release updates or fix a particular defect. A future major version is a separate purchase unless stated otherwise at time of sale. The 7-day trial exists so you can evaluate before buying.
