Plan every pallet against explicit constraints.

Kelavon Pallet converts medicinal-pack demand into reviewable carton and pallet plans. Teams can see what fits, what does not, which constraint shaped the result and which version was approved—without sending operational data to a cloud service.

Product proof

A focused operating model, not a feature list.

Explicit constraints

Weight, dimensions, orientation, layer rules, split policies and permitted configurations remain visible inputs—not hidden optimizer assumptions.

Deterministic planning

The same governed inputs produce the same candidate plan, making review and investigation practical.

Independent validation

A separate validator checks the proposed result. The planning engine does not grade its own work.

Versioned approval

Orders, plan revisions, validation outcomes and the approved version remain distinguishable and reviewable.

Commercial engagement

A bounded offer before a broad rollout.

A bounded evaluation using agreed packaging types, constraints and sample orders. Commercial terms follow a fit review because qualification and configuration effort vary.

Included in the fit discussion

  • Packaging and pallet constraint capture
  • Representative sample-order evaluation
  • Deterministic result review and exception handling
  • Deployment and evidence handover for the agreed environment

Outside the default boundary

  • Automatic GDP compliance or release approval
  • Unverified packaging configurations
  • Integration work not named in the written scope

Pilot success evidence

  • Agreed sample orders produce reviewable candidates
  • Constraints and exceptions remain explicit
  • Customer reviewers can reproduce the acceptance check

How the work flows

A calculation is not an approval. Kelavon keeps the difference visible.

  1. 01

    Define demand and packaging

Capture medicinal-pack demand, packaging dimensions, weight and the rules that apply to the shipment.

  2. 02

    Build carton and pallet candidates

Run cartonization and palletization as separate, inspectable planning stages.

  3. 03

    Validate the result

Check totals, geometry, capacity and constraints through the independent validation path.

  4. 04

    Review, approve and export

Record the selected plan and keep rejected or superseded versions available for explanation.

Best fit

Start where the operational pain is specific.

  • Life-science supply and distribution teams
  • Contract manufacturers and specialist packers
  • Operations replacing opaque spreadsheet calculations
  • Teams that need local data and repeatable results

What exists now

A working local desktop product and deterministic planning model exist. Early-access work focuses on supported packaging configurations, deployment packaging, qualification evidence and repeatable customer onboarding.

Important limitation

Early access is configuration-specific. A plan still requires customer review, approved master data and the organization’s own procedural controls. No page should imply automatic GDP compliance or autonomous release approval.

Designed to connect

Useful independently. A clear role in the platform later.

Within Kelavon Life Sciences, Pallet is designed to connect approved product and packaging data with lots, shipments, distribution lanes and retained plan evidence.
